Highlights from the stats pack include:

2,882 residential sales on the Multiple Listing Service in May 2013 and this represents a 1% increase compared to May 2012 when 2,853 residential properties sold on the MLS
the May 2013 sales were 19.4% below the 10 year sales average for the month of May
new listings for the Month of May were 7.4% below the 10 year average
