Highlights from the December Stats Package include:

• 1,953 total residential sales reprted on the MLS® in December 2013
  
  
• this represents an increase of 71% compared to the 1,142 sales recorded in December 2012
  
  
•  1,856 total new listings added to the MLS® in December 2013

•  Single Family Detached - $956,200

• Condo - $381,600
