- 2,946 total residential property sales in July 2013
- 11.5% increase compared to the 2,642 sales in June 2013
Wyant said. "This stability in price brings greater certainty to the home buying and selling process." Benchmark prices for South Burnaby properties for July 2013:
- Single Family Detached $968,800
- Townhouse $405,200
- Apartment (Condo) $379,600
